Lied to my face / SMH has lost my confidence

Approved multiple services. Requested focus on brake pads and a flat I filled up myself that morning. Services were quick - totalling $600+. I specifically asked about that tire after services were complete and was told "it was just low on air". Immediately went down the street to another garage and they were able to hand me the nail that caused the flat. Lied to my face. If someone can just lie to your face about the state of the tires when specifically asked, what other lies was I told about the safety of the car I drive every single day, all day long? I guess that 10% off was to save me time and money when I've got a flat on the side of a freeway. I've lost all confidence in Kingwood Honda.
