Dealership Service Review
I made an appointment for 1100. I arrived 10 mins early and was checked in by 1056. The Service Advisor, Carlo advised me that it would take approximately an hr to an hr and half. Carlo also advised that midway my service I would be getting the outcome of multi-point inspection. At approximately 1235, i went looking for Carlo and asked for an update because i had not received the outcome of the multipoint inspection. He said he would get with the technician and then look for me. He never talked to me again, he sent his trainee to check me out. She explained everything checked out great; however, 5 minutes after I left my tire pressure light turned on! It is now 1606 and I have yet to receive the outcome of that inspection.
