  • Disappointed I have to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnostic!!

    I am very disappointed that I was told I would have to leave my vehicle for 2-3 days just to get a diagnostic of the problem that timeframe does not include fixing the issue. Living in Houston without access to a vehicle is not feasible. I bought a Ford GT Mach E and love the vehicle but hate the service. The representative was very nice but thr service SUCKS.

  • Uncertain about what was done to vehicle.

    I had a serviceman come out to fix the safety recall on my vehicle. I have no idea if it was fixed or not. Nothing left to tell me if it was. I was called by the dealership to ask how it went and I said I had no idea what was done to my car and they laughed and said they will try to do better and hung up.

  • Vehicle purchase

    We needed to find a replacement vehicle for my daughter and 2 grandsons. Problem was finding something large enough to handle 2 big rear facing car seats. We worked with Amir and tried several vehicles. We were interested in a Ford Explorer but soon found that there wasn't enough room in the third row seat for the car seats and the middle seats blocked access to the 3rd row with the car seats. Amir checked the lot and we looked at several vehicles and found a Ford Expedition. It had plenty of room, reasonably priced, and in great condition. Amir answered all our questions and inquired others for the answers he didn't have. After the purchase he contacted me and my daughter several times to make sure we were good and didn't have any issues. All the personnel we dealt with were very nice and professional and relatable. Never felt the typical used car sales pressure. Thanks to all the folks for helping us.

    I had an odd rattling noise. Mike O., my service rep, and Mike in the repair shop both listened to me about my noise. They took time to find the cause and fixed it! This was a year in the making and third Ford dealership. I now drive further to Katy to have my car somewhere I trust will be thorough and honest with me.

    When I got there immediately I was received by an associate who led me to the office with another associate that helped me to set up the visit for my service, the environment is good, BUT! I spent there 3 hours with my child, I tried to be very patient because I know that takes time but not 3 hours! One of the managers finally went to check on me after a while and asked me if I was waiting for too long, WELL! My truck was ready 45 minutes AGO! no one explained to me why I wasn't called or why no one in the office was full of people to let me know that my truck had been ready for so long.

  • Very disappointed with their service department

    I called about a computer problem that caused my Bronco Sport to fail inspection at a different service center. I spoke with a David there and he told me that it was problem with the OBD and there was an download that would remedy the issue. He said that it would take about 2 hours and as long as we were there before 3:00 we could have it done that day. We got there at 12:30 and was told that it took 6 hours for the download and don't know who would have told me 2 hours. I gave them the name and both David's who work there said that they would never tell anyone it took 2 hours. I know what he told me, that's why we rushed over there to get it done so we could have our Bronco inspected after the download. They did try to run it through their inspection machine, but it failed again for the same reason. I was told that I could leave it there over the weekend or bring it back on Monday morning to wait in line for their service techs. I wasn't given any indication whether it would be finished on Monday or not. I can't leave it there for more than one working day, we have one vehicle (which I realize that isn't their problem, but we can't be without a car and they don't offer loaner cars anymore). I've never had service like this before from AutoNation Ford Katy and won't be returning to them again. We've been a customer of theirs since before they were AutoNation or Champion, they were Texan when we first started purchasing from them. I don't know when they stopped offering loaners, but there wasn't an offer of assistance except to take me home to wait for my Bronco to be taken care of. I'm beyond disappointed in their service department.

    Dealt with James and he was responsive and helpful. While there, they were the victim of a crime, having my rims and tires stolen. Wasn’t even a question to these guys, they replaced my rims with factory rims and new tires. Such a shame that we have low life people that steal but Autonation made it right. I’ve had other dealerships want my son to file an insurance claim for damage they did to his car. Not a question with these fold, super happy with their level of support,
