    They got the deal done, but it was a pain along the way. Took a while to wait for financing, and the car they said we were getting ended up being a manual instead of an automatic. We chose another vehicle but when we test drove it, it had… the check engine light on. They said we should do the paperwork that night so that we could come in the next day to pick it up, but they ran our credit for three different vehicles. 1. The one that was the manual transmission, 2. One that we never even saw. And 3. The one we chose. We signed most of the paper work, but we ended up having to sign most of it again because the date was wrong. The vehicle wasn’t ready the next day like we planned and scheduled, so they said come in on Friday at 9a to pick it up. When we arrived, we were told the technicians hadn’t even looked at the vehicle. A sales rep, the sales manager and his manager all told us several times that they were going back to make sure it was ready. It took two hours of sitting and waiting, me threatening to dance around the showroom to get someone’s attention, to finally telling them “never mind, keep the vehicle” before they got the vehicle ready.

    My car literally died at the dealership. Buying a new car was not on my agenda. However Yolonda made this transaction peaceful and easy. I explained to her my financial situation and she worked with me to help me find something I liked and… could afford. if you are looking for a salesperson with a conscience she is your person.

    Went and bought my truck w/o any trouble. mainly cuz I had my own financing and didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. So all is good, but was surprised I didn't get locking nuts for my tires and had to buy them. I am a 4th time… buyer from this dealer.

    Brea is amazing. Not only is she a God Fearing Saleslady, but she is quick and to the point. As an Engineer and business women. I don't have to time to sit as a car dealership all day. Brea and I were able to agree upon a price over email.… I can to the dealership to review and confirm that my Van was exactly what I wanted and signed the paperwork. The next day I came to do financing. I think total time in the dealership was less than an hour and they delivered the Van to my house. If you are a person how is busy and don't want to waste time.     Horrible service, I went in on a Monday my Service tech was Kai he said he wouldn’t know what the problem was until Tuesday but that he was off so I wouldn’t hear anything until Wednesday or Thursday. I waiting Wednesday Kai called me at… 4pm after I already tried called him 2or 3 times tells me that it’s my sensors in my dash board. I begin to explain to him that that’s not what the problem is and tell him the truck is making a loud noise he needs to find the problem. He calls me Thursday and says it’s an exhaust leak I said go ahead and fix it. Then calls me Thursday afternoon and says there is another Thing found but it’s going to be expensive and I don’t know your situation you may want to save for this. And tells me it’s a tappet hydrolic and will need at of them replaced. I tell him that I will go pick up my truck. Which I did and he ends up charging me more then what we discussed because he fixed the sensors and the exhaust leak he found. I didn’t argue I paid and left. Will not go again ever

  • Do not buy a vehicle from this company

    I purchased a brand new car from this dealership. Within a day or 2 of getting the car home, we started to smell a moldy scent that only got worse as the days went on. We took the car back to inquire about the smell and they offered to use… chemicals to remove the smell. We, very concerned that they sold us a flooded vehicle, wanted more than to cover up the smell. They assured us that the car had never been flooded and proceeded to clear the smell out of the car. Within a few months, the smell started coming back. We took the car back again and this time they dug a bit further. It turns out, the manufacturer did not install the drain lines for the sun roof properly and their was some leaking occurring from the firewall as well. They had my car for 6 weeks, did not have loaner car for me for a week, and they went long periods of time without any communication at all. I now have the car back with a minimized smell but, it is still there. WHY? Because they refused to replace the carpet where the smell resides. So, I will be taking it back once again in hopes to have the smell removed. This is not the exciting new car buying experience anyone would hope for. I bought a brand new car that has a ton of issues at a dealership that take a long time to do anything about it and does not do the job fully. Avoid

    I took my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change. Exceptional customer service by Matt! He suggested some things to consider going forward and treated me as if I was his only customer. I will specifically schedule with him in the future.… Best service I've ever received at Auto Nation Jeep!

    2 hours to just get a simple oil change is unacceptable. I wasn’t alone there were a couple of other customers who were there longer than me. If the sign says “Express” I assume it will be quick...not here!

    I give my service a 4-star, only because of the great service received from Bukeka Carter. She was a class act from the time my wife and I dropped off my truck. She updated us on the status of our service. She also met our deadline. The… reason I did not give 5 stars...I walked in to pick up my truck and stood at the front counter. I stood there for several minutes, 2ft from one rep. No one said "We'll be right with you, sir." No one said "How can we help you". Instead, they made a point not to get eye contact. The rep right in front of me got up and walked right by me. Bukeka spotted me from across the room, and it was back to the great service every customer deserves. I would recommend Bukeka to anyone. I'm not sure about the dealership in general.

    This was my first time to drive into the AutoNation on Katy Freeway. I have a Grand Jeep Cherokee that I lease and so can go anywhere for maintenance. I was fortunate enough to have my first experience be with an amazing employee, Bukeka… Carter. Due to her friendly and knowledgeable care I will be coming back again and again - and will do my best to ask for her each time!
