Horrible service, I went in on a Monday my Service tech was Kai he said he wouldn’t know what the problem was until Tuesday but that he was off so I wouldn’t hear anything until Wednesday or Thursday. I waiting Wednesday Kai called me at 4pm after I already tried called him 2or 3 times tells me that it’s my sensors in my dash board. I begin to explain to him that that’s not what the problem is and tell him the truck is making a loud noise he needs to find the problem. He calls me Thursday and says it’s an exhaust leak I said go ahead and fix it. Then calls me Thursday afternoon and says there is another Thing found but it’s going to be expensive and I don’t know your situation you may want to save for this. And tells me it’s a tappet hydrolic and will need at of them replaced. I tell him that I will go pick up my truck. Which I did and he ends up charging me more then what we discussed because he fixed the sensors and the exhaust leak he found. I didn’t argue I paid and left. Will not go again ever
