AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy

I give my service a 4-star, only because of the great service received from Bukeka Carter. She was a class act from the time my wife and I dropped off my truck. She updated us on the status of our service. She also met our deadline. The reason I did not give 5 stars...I walked in to pick up my truck and stood at the front counter. I stood there for several minutes, 2ft from one rep. No one said "We'll be right with you, sir." No one said "How can we help you". Instead, they made a point not to get eye contact. The rep right in front of me got up and walked right by me. Bukeka spotted me from across the room, and it was back to the great service every customer deserves. I would recommend Bukeka to anyone. I'm not sure about the dealership in general.
