Dealership Sales Review
They got the deal done, but it was a pain along the way. Took a while to wait for financing, and the car they said we were getting ended up being a manual instead of an automatic. We chose another vehicle but when we test drove it, it had the check engine light on. They said we should do the paperwork that night so that we could come in the next day to pick it up, but they ran our credit for three different vehicles. 1. The one that was the manual transmission, 2. One that we never even saw. And 3. The one we chose. We signed most of the paper work, but we ended up having to sign most of it again because the date was wrong. The vehicle wasn’t ready the next day like we planned and scheduled, so they said come in on Friday at 9a to pick it up. When we arrived, we were told the technicians hadn’t even looked at the vehicle. A sales rep, the sales manager and his manager all told us several times that they were going back to make sure it was ready. It took two hours of sitting and waiting, me threatening to dance around the showroom to get someone’s attention, to finally telling them “never mind, keep the vehicle” before they got the vehicle ready.
