    The service work and responsiveness is very good. I would not recommend the Jeep vehicle to anyone. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this vehicle. There have been problem after problem with this vehicle.

    We took our 2014 Grand Cherokee in for the latest recall and a water leak on the back hatch. During the appointment scheduling, I was told that the recall (software update) could take a few hours. When my wife was there dropping the vehicle off, she overheard someone at the dealer saying it was a 30-minute operation. Nevertheless, we made and APPOINTMENT for the service and repair. The vehicle was taken to the dealer at the proposed time (07:30 on a Monday morning). Not hearing any update at the end of the day, we had to call the dealer on Monday evening to ask the status. Upon checking, we were told the it had just been taken to the Body Shop for the additional work and wouldn't be ready until the following day. I received a call on Tuesday at 3:55 PM saying it was ready for picking up. When my wife was there to pick up her vehicle, she asked why it took so long (recall and leak fix). She was told that the duration was due to the volume of work. Why making an appointment for 7 AM on a Monday was there a “volume” of work ahead of hers? Or was the volume in the Body Shop (which I understand) the delay? The software update (Service Dept.) took too long to complete/deliver to the Body Shop.

    The afternoon prior to my I was informed of a funeral in deep N.E.Texas that I needed to attend. Knowing that my truck was overdue for an oil change I immediately drove to see if it was possible to get it changed that evening. Unfortunately it was too late but I was assured by Mr . Michael Benson that if I came in after work on Friday (3:00 P.M.) he would help speed up the process of getting my truck serviced which he was able to do. This made it possible for me to reach my destination before midnight.

    Stopped in at Autonation’s Express Lane for an oil change. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. The advisor was correct, it took that long. Would have liked to see “Express” at closer to an hour since we were there in he middle of the afternoon on a Thursday.

    I just bought new 2018 Ram 2500. My sales guy was Adam. He did a great job helping me to find a right vehicle. We spent almost 5 hours at dealership and he took a very good care of us. I will highly recommend if you looking for new Dodge or Chrysler vehicle come to one at Katy and ask for him. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant person to be around. By the way I really like my new truck. Thank you Adam.

  • Good deal but after sales help lacking

    Overall, I received a good car for a good price from a friendly and attentive salesperson. Sales people were attentive and friendly during the sale ensuring the deal closed. There were 2 problems: 1. once I agreed to purchase the car, I had to wait for 1.5 hours for a sales manager to come available to execute the paperwork. 2. The salesperson, Shelby Butcher, informed me I would receive 12 months of XM Radio with the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I called XM to activate my membership, XM Radio informed me that I only get 3 months with my purchase unless someone from AutoNation informs XM Radio otherwise. In reaching out to my salesperson, she has not returned a single call, txt or e-mail regarding the matter despite receiving numerous e-mails and texts to please refer my friends. I won't complain about the price or the professionalism leading up the sale as it was a straightforward process, but the after the sale experience is severely lacking.

    Eddie Was my dealer and he helped me in every way possible we lived far away from automation and by the time we got there it was 30 minutes before closing. He showed us every car that I wanted and help me find the perfect car for me even though it was freezing cold and late at night. Thank you
  • Lied to get the sale

    They promised certain issued would be repaired on the used vehucle i would purchase from them. They repaired the most obvious and did not repair the rest. Then they called several times and said all was repaired and vehicle was ready for me. Upon arruval the most obvious was repaired so i took their word. Once i took delivery of the vehicle they said , oh by the way we didnt do this and this and that, youll have to come back. Had to come back and wait and they still did not do everything, one of the things they promised was change the cabin filter, they didnt i had to do it myself. Also they had to re tint a eindow, they put a lighter tint making the car look add. Dont buy from these [non-permissible content removed], go somewhere better.

    Chose Auto Nation to do warranty work as another dealer, Finnegan Jeep, could not be bothered. Auto Nation did the work as stated, provided a vehicle during the repair at no charge, very professional group.

    Angela is my service adviser and she had everything ready for me to drop my Jeep off for an oil change and replacing the rear signal light. When I picked it up she realized they hadn't washed it and immediately had it taken back to get it washed. There is a new Service Manager and he has pulled in all the reins to make sure things get done.

    Overall good; the service manager kept me informed of the vehicle and repair as it was being serviced. She even provided me a shuttle to and from the dealership so I didn't have to wait in their lobby all day.

    Allen Samuels Auto Nation in Katy Texas exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Ray was my sales Rep and he was patient, professional and made the experience comfortable and when I got to the finance person I was overwhelmed with his attention to detail and how he went to extremes to get the best package I have ever received in an automobile transaction.
