Stellar Service Maintenance
by Rebekah R. on 05/21/2024Upon arrival I me ruined to Josh my back left tire air pressure said 23psi and that I had put air in it (32psi) and by the time I arrived at dealership, it went down to 31. He reassured the technician would look to see if any nails/what… would be best: either patch it up or recommend a new tire. Service maintenance was completed! Josh advised when vehicle was ready for pick up and sent a picture of the nail that was indeed, in the middle of the left back tire. Josh said they took care of it by patching it up. Grateful for his professionalism, integrity, and explaining what all was covered in the 60k mile complimentary service maintenance.Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that Josh and our team were able to address your tire issue promptly and professionally. It's great to know that Josh reassured you and kept you informed throughout the process, even sending a picture of the nail in your tire. by T. White on 05/05/2024Upon arrival I was seen almost immediately; no complaints there. My car was inspected and they placed me in a very nice rental( I swear they do that on purpose) teehee. I was texted and sent a video of the technician explaining what was… going on with my car, this is so important and I love that they do this, an excellent honesty policy. When I returned, Josh greeted me and he went over all my options. I wasn’t treated like a cash cow, he explained financial options as well. He was extremely knowledgable about my car, I felt very confident in his abilities. I walked away a very happy customer and will be returning again. Please don’t wait too late, your car deserves a check up as often as you do.We are thrilled you had a great experience at Sterling McCall Lexus with Josh! Being promptly seen, receiving thorough explanations, and feeling confident in your service advisor's abilities are all key to a positive experience. ES 350 service
by Deejay1 on 04/24/2024I’ve been getting my cars serviced at this location for 11 years. I’m now questioning whether I will continue. Was given a written estimate and told work would be completed in a few hours. 2-3 hours later was told the cost would be $208… more and car wouldn’t be ready for 4 days. Received an invoice for yet another amount which I paid only to be asked to pay more since invoice was incorrect. I refused and they accepted my payment. The additional charge was to replace the parts that were discovered to be broken once the door panel was removed. There was no way to provide an initial estimate encompassing the entire repair until the door panel was removed to allow a full diagnosis of the problem. I apologize that this was not properly communicated to you at the time the work was being performed. No complimentary gifts was provided with all the inherent delay from this… transaction. Anyone who can afford an expensive Suv like 2024 Lexus deserves a better treatment and experience. I was hoping to get some kind of compensation for staying loyal and waiting instead of going… elsewhere but to no avail. I will admit that the vehicle was worth the wait and except for the wait, the experience with our sales rep and the dealer was great.It's great to hear that you're enjoying your Lexus RX350H!
