    You should renew your car list on your internet address. When I first called, they said there was a car, but when I went, it was sold. but Sarah found us the car I wanted and she called me and I got the car. sara felt sorry for us and then surprised us, which is very nice. took care of us.

    I took my car in for service and was told that I needed some other things done along with several recalls. The recall part of course would have to be ordered. I received a call from the adviser letting me know that all my parts where in when would I bring my car back. I took my car in last Wednesday. My car was there all day. Only to find out that one of the parts was still not available. It’s been over a week. I have reached out to the dealership and I still have not received a update on when my recalls will be complete.

  • Didn't fix 3 of 5 things I needed, & they left a huge scratch on my car!

    This was a really bad experience. First, they do not have loaners or offer a ride when you need to leave your car, so I had to lift. Then, I needed 5 things fixed. They only fully fixed 2. When I asked about the other things, they gave me a bunch of excuses. For one, I had to order the part online and fix it myself. For another, I took it to Firestone, and they fixed it for free. On top of all that they left a huge deep scratch about an inch long and a quarter inch thick!! I would recommend you stay away.

    Transmission appeared to have cratered, car undriveable, had it towed to SM. I fully expected to be quoted 5 grand for a replacement transmission. Instead, they did a lengthy test, and determined that only the transmission fluid had to be replaced. I was stunned! This is one honest dealership, certainly not cheap but always very good. Service rep Sergio really took good care of me. Thank you.

    They had my vehicle for 30 days and contacted me only 5 times. Told me 3 different times that the parts had just come in. Owned Fords for over 20 years and now I will never buy a Ford again thanks to this dealership.
