    Service Manager Russ Kloskin has been my Service Rep for years and is now the Service Manager. I applaud AutoNation for promoting Russ to his new position. This service appointment for my 2017 4Runner was like all the others in the past, perfect. I take pride in keeping a well serviced vehicle and the service staff under the leadership of Mr. Kloskin continues to do that. Because of professionalism of the entire service staff I drive long distances with confidence that my vehicle will take me to my destination safe and without incident. Thank you AutoNation for having a well managed service department we customers can depend on.
  • Tire Problem

    I had a low tire and went in thinking I needed air, turns out I had a nail in the sidewall, AGAIN. Since all four of my tires were in different stages of wear and I knew they needed to be replaced by the time it need inspection in December, I decided to just put a new set on. Allyce Bass helped me pick out a good set I could afford and quickly got them installed and balanced and I was on my way.

    I requested work that had previously been recommended. It was completed timely. A loaner car was offered and gladly accepted. Additional service was recommended for a later date with mileage recommendations to consider. I will definitely come back for those services.

    Best experience ever at any car servicing place. Ani was so nice and actually explained item by item what my car needed and price and then at then end she went thru it again. She is a toyota rock star. Plus my car was serviced well .

    My service rep was very courteous and kept me informed on the whole process which I appreciated. However the problem with Entune was not fully fixed. So in a nutshell, very happy with my Rep not so happy with the outcome. Toyota's hotline and also the dealership didn't know about the mandatory update that was appearing on my Entune.

    I always enjoy taking my car in to the dealership because if is never a long wait and the Service Advisors are the best. My Service Advisor I had for my latest service appointment was Felipe and he was Superb!!!! The department was running a bit behind and Felipe kept me updated on what was going on and why it was taking a little longer than usual. He made me feel like I was his only customer at that time and took extremely good care of me. I will be asking for him personally next time I take my care in for service. Kudos!!

    Overall it’s ok waited longer than I wanted to. The guy who took me to my car promised to text me information about a clear bra for the front of my Rav 4 he never texted me and my car had smudge marks on it when they brought it to me.. Also waited a long time when I got there for someone to come and get my car the guy who was suppose to come help me never came he was very like not interested or too lay back did not seem to care never made eye contact with me told me he was going to lunch he was not in the moment

    Not too happy. Was pressured into buying a truck I did not want. Stopped by the dealership to look at the used vehicles. Ended up buying what I thought was an economical vehicle. After adding it the my insurance my premium skyrocketed. Took advantage of the dealerships 5 day return policy after learning of the high insurance premium. Salesman kept pressuring and pressuring me to buy a vehicle. Now I have a large payment that I cannot afford. Very upset with the pressure put on my that ended up causing me to make a huge mistake. Never will I recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. Even added extras like car care which I told them i did not want. Only wanted GAP insurance. But finance guy lied to me and added the car care with gap causing an even larger payment. Very unhappy with my experience.

    The experience at Autonation Houston, Gulf Frwy was easy. I dropped my car off for 4 recalls but only 3 were done. Parts ordered for airbag recall and I'm waiting for Jose to call and schedule the appointment.
