onMy service rep was very courteous and kept me informed on the whole process which I appreciated. However the problem with Entune was not fully fixed. So in a nutshell, very happy with my Rep not so happy with the outcome. Toyota's hotline and also the dealership didn't know about the mandatory update that was appearing on my Entune.
