onService Manager Russ Kloskin has been my Service Rep for years and is now the Service Manager. I applaud AutoNation for promoting Russ to his new position. This service appointment for my 2017 4Runner was like all the others in the past, perfect. I take pride in keeping a well serviced vehicle and the service staff under the leadership of Mr. Kloskin continues to do that. Because of professionalism of the entire service staff I drive long distances with confidence that my vehicle will take me to my destination safe and without incident. Thank you AutoNation for having a well managed service department we customers can depend on.
