    I visited this location for a parts recall. I originally spoke with the 800 number on the recall postcard who set everything up. Upon arrival it didn’t seem like any of that information made it in to the right hands at this location regarding appointment time etc. I was very impressed at how quickly they rectified the situation, got me into a loaner vehicle and still had the repairs completed on the car in 1/2 a day. I also very much appreciated that my car was washed and sparkling when I came to pick it up. Thank you to service advisor Arnold and team for putting things very quickly right.

    My car had a recall item, I took it to Autonation Toyota. I made an appointment, while there. I also asked Felipe Toyota service representative to install tinting on my car. He made an appointment for the next day. My car was ready before the time that Felipe promised to have the car ready. I am very happy with the service performed and the courtesy of the Toyota personel.

    Very poorly managed organization, went in for Recall on Air Bag, service person told me to have a seat in waiting area while they checked for parts. He said if in inventory they would fix the malfunction approximately three hours, I said I would wait. After two hours of waiting the service call for me to tell me they didn't have the part and my car had been setting in the parking lot all that time, ha said he was sorry. Didn't tell me what the next steps would be to get the critical recall fixed. So I left, I can't believe they can stay in business with the currently managed organization. I'm in the market for a new SUV for my wife but it won't be with any Auto Nations facilities. Disgraceful!

  • Alignment Issues / 'Showroom' Detail Service

    What a total nightmare I've had with this place. Needless to say, I will not be returning. It all started a few months ago when I took my truck in for it's 10K mile service. I waited 4+ hours for the service to be completed for a basic PM. For my trouble, I was given a free 'Showroom' Detail for my next visit. Fast forward to yesterday, when I took my truck in to have the alignment checked. The alignment trouble started happening right after I got my truck back from the previous PM. Keep in mind my truck has less than 10K miles on it. The service department told me the alignment problem was not related to the previous PM they conducted. I contended that the alignment problem was a direct result of the PM as it started happening right after I got my truck back. Auto Nations response...tough luck. I was charged $175 to fix something I, the customer, believed was their responsibility. To top it all off, I used my free 'Showroom' detail on this visit too. What a joke. If the finished product of a 'Showroom' detail is what I got, then I'm embarrassed for them and the vehicles on their showroom. I spent an extra 2 hours and had to go to a self service car wash to finish their job. I'd challenge everyone out there to think long and hard about putting your trust and your vehicle in their hands.

    Went to get a car but left with dream car. The sales rep Jhoanna took care of me. The only thing is the guy who handled the interest rate need to learn a bit on customer relations. Other than that one person everyone was awesome!

    This was my 17th vehicle purchase in my lifetime. I'm accustomed to sending the sales person back and forth to the floor managers, like it's some kind of 'dance' to get the numbers right. Juan come right out to the table once we picked a vehicle and shows us how he can take an extra $2600 off of the already good USAA car buying service savings of close to $3000. By all of my calculations and research, there were no further discounts available. Usually this would have taken at least 4 more trips for Juan and the sales managers. Nope. Quick and to the point. They want to earn your business. Also, our trade was a good value here as well. This was the most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had. Again, this was car purchase number 17 for me. It was so good I came back 3 days later and bought car number 18. Go see Juan Martinez! Veteran, humble, approachable, and honest.

    I was interested in the Toyota automobiles and really did not know what I was to expect to see and physically look at the Auto Nation - Gulf Freeway South at Almeda Genoa. So, I phone called and spoke to Ivonne Herebia, Sales Assistant. She guided me on the web site and to see what was my interest which type of car and trim level. I settled on the Toyota Corolla SE and read over the options on the car. From there she explained everything about the process and encouraged me to go to the Auto Nation Dealership and see the car. Later that day, Renier "Rey" Yero, Sales Manager called me and we discussed about the car and online quote price. He made the process very easy and understandable. I arrived at the dealership and looked at the car in detail. We then made an agreeable purchase price on the car that was very much to my satisfaction and ery happy with the deal. Appreciative of the staff there that helped me after the sale to drive out the car after approval by Auto Nation.

    The service service dept is great at Auto Nation! I went in to have some recall work done after making an appt for 8:30 am that day. Julie, my service rep, greeted me with a smile. She went over the service I requested, took my keys, and they got to work on my vehicle. Julie told me it would take around 2 and a half hours for the work to be completed. I asked for a wi-if code so that I could do some work remotely while I waited and had a cup of complimentary cafe latte. Within 2 hours, Julie had come back for me to tell me they had completed the work and it was time for me to be on my way! Yah!
