    I schedule my truck for a service that it may need. I schedule by phone and ask how long it would take. The representative on the phone said one day at the most two. Fine I agreed. On the schedule day which is was Friday I took my vehicle in early. I live an hour away from this dealership now. I was rushing for nothing. They told me they won't have an answer for me until Thursday. What! No one told me that. I ask for the same reason. I only have one vehicle. I understand they are busy but a heads up before wasting gas and time nothing. This was a lack of communication on the dearship!

    I needed to get the thermostat replaced on my 2019 Blazer. I contacted Bernie within the service group and he made the process so simple. He stayed in constant contact throughout the 3 days and provided updates as soon as they were available. Great work by Bernie. We will definitely be back when new issues arise.

  • Poor communication

    I set my appointment up at the beginning of January and it wasn’t until today when I got to the dealership that I was told that they did not have what they needed to flush my car. Which was a waste of my time when they knew my appointment was at 7:30am and instead of calling me the day before to tell me to reschedule they wait til I get there to tell me which I don’t appreciate

    1. Booked an appointment by phone with a CSR for my car to be looked at while I waited only to find out that you actually don't honor those appointments. All cars have to be left 48 hours for diagnostic. Therefore, I lost a day of work for nothing. Had to reschedule. 2. I was told that you all had loaner cars on a first come first serve basis only to find out that you actually don't have loaners available. 3. Finally got another appointment made to get my car checked out. Got the parts ordered. Services completed and picked my car up only to find white residue all over my doors, carpet and seats. 4. I picked my car up on 12/23/22 and on 12/27/22 my car is doing the exact same thing that it was serviced for.

  • Terrible Communication

    Had to turn my truck into for service and had them take my vehicle in for almost over a month. The Rep rarely picks up the phone and when I received my vehicle back, they pinched a wire and made my fog lights stop working. They also didn't fix my mirror that was damaged. I had to go to another auto shop for them to diagnose and fix the issue. I would never recommend nor do business with them again.
