Poor communication

onI set my appointment up at the beginning of January and it wasn’t until today when I got to the dealership that I was told that they did not have what they needed to flush my car. Which was a waste of my time when they knew my appointment was at 7:30am and instead of calling me the day before to tell me to reschedule they wait til I get there to tell me which I don’t appreciate
