onI schedule my truck for a service that it may need. I schedule by phone and ask how long it would take. The representative on the phone said one day at the most two. Fine I agreed. On the schedule day which is was Friday I took my vehicle in early. I live an hour away from this dealership now. I was rushing for nothing. They told me they won't have an answer for me until Thursday. What! No one told me that. I ask for the same reason. I only have one vehicle. I understand they are busy but a heads up before wasting gas and time nothing. This was a lack of communication on the dearship!
