Dealership Service Review
1. Booked an appointment by phone with a CSR for my car to be looked at while I waited only to find out that you actually don't honor those appointments. All cars have to be left 48 hours for diagnostic. Therefore, I lost a day of work for nothing. Had to reschedule. 2. I was told that you all had loaner cars on a first come first serve basis only to find out that you actually don't have loaners available. 3. Finally got another appointment made to get my car checked out. Got the parts ordered. Services completed and picked my car up only to find white residue all over my doors, carpet and seats. 4. I picked my car up on 12/23/22 and on 12/27/22 my car is doing the exact same thing that it was serviced for.
