    Nice looking shop that offers generally good service. Only complaint is that I waited 30 minutes for a ride to work. I would have taken the rail instead but they kept telling me the ride was about to leave

    Had my car in for tyre puncture replacement. Found that my car is also due for service. Kamil who helped me ensured they checked everything and found my other tyre had another nail damage and needs replacement, saving me another trip. They took photos and videos through the process giving me the assurance of the through check performed on the car. They also contacted my warranty provider and made all the claims on my behalf saving me a ton of time! Best of all, the car was cleaned when I got it! The only suggestion is to have more courtesy car available. That would save me the trouble on transport

    They were quick on getting me an appointment. I really liked that they had videos to show me of the work that needs to be done. I always go to the dealership for my car work but this is the first one that doesn't offer a loaner car. That is a major con since I can't do anything for the rest of the day.

    I had quite a bit of work done on my 2004 325CI. Armando is the best service technician I have encountered. He advised me on what needed to repaired and kept me abreast of the completion. The car is driving.excellently.

    1. After receiving an estimate of over $14,000 for repairs on my BMW 530i, I found the estimate to be excessive. With concern about this estimate, I sought further assistance from a second repair shop. One of the initial concerns was a problem with a headlight. BMW service personnel performed a “diagnostic” test costing $198. In this process, further damage was caused to the headlight assembly. Wiring was crammed back into the housing and clips were broken that held the assembly in place. In addition, there was a scratch on the passenger side door that I do not think was there when I arrived at the BMW dealer.

    The Advantage BMW Midtown Service Advisors are top of their game professionals who understand the importance of providing personalized service by a dedicated Service Advisor who quickly learns your preferences and all of your car’s issues, and will anticipate your requirements through direct SMS communication that gives you access to your Advisor at all times. You receive an interim progress report with a video of your complete undercarriage check each time the car goes in for Service. Another amazing feature is the 3-lane the drive-through air-conditioned Service Department with fast automated doors; as soon as you drive in the Service Dept’s meet and greet team comes straight to your car and checks you in, even before your dedicated Advisor (one of more than a dozen who are always on duty — about half the Advisors are female, as is the big boss) brings you your already printed Service docs and price estimate— a few initials and your signed authorization, then the Advisor takes you to your stop :the Loaner Car team; in just minutes one of 3 Loaner teams puts you into your loaner car that arrives within minutes: you do your walk-around with a team member whose iPad records a complete video of the entire surface of the car as you point out any defects that you will not be held accountable for when you return the car. It’s amazing how fast you are in the car and on your way; or at your request they arrange for you to have a complementary private ride home with their Alto ride service; Or if you choose, for Service that is not going to take too long, you can elect to stay on site in the amazing client lounge until your car is pulled up and ready for you to drive off. Over the 15 years I have been an Advantage BMW customer I have always had the same Sales Advisor, I have come to know the Master Mechanic who has worked on my BMWs since 2015, and my present Service Advisor is the best I’ve ever seen: his consistent personalized expedited professional service keeps a smile on my face. The New Car Sales side of Advantage BMW Midtown is even more awesome, no exaggeration. This is my complete experience at Advantage BMW Midtown since my first BMW in 2007 until now, and I have nothing that I can complain about. Super well managed BMW Dealership!

    I waited 3 hours for service to tell me they didn’t have a part in stock. I was supposed to be called the next day when the part arrived, but was never called. The part arrived the next day, but I had to schedule another appt for the next day because it was too late in the day to get the part replaced. Total of 5 hours and 2 trips to dealer to replace a part. Not very efficient.
