onI waited 3 hours for service to tell me they didn’t have a part in stock. I was supposed to be called the next day when the part arrived, but was never called. The part arrived the next day, but I had to schedule another appt for the next day because it was too late in the day to get the part replaced. Total of 5 hours and 2 trips to dealer to replace a part. Not very efficient.
