  • No regret on car purchase, but I’m not happy with the delivery

    Dealer said window tint is done, but My Vehicle didn’t have any Tint. On a brand new car error displays as Lane Assist Malfunction. I’m surprised Audi didn’t perform quality check, all the accessories check before handing over the key to me. Now, I have to make a time from very busy schedule to go the dealer and sit over there for several hours so they can fix all those issue.

    Phone attendant did not transfer me to right service manager. Was unable to get explanation before picking up the car. Very frustrating.

    We were treated like Royalty - the whole experience was great. The car we wanted to see was waiting for us to test drive and the salesman was friendly and courteous. Also the finance person was friendly and professional- also very patient. He took his time to explain in layman’s terms.

    I went to wash my car, part of the complementary service provided by AUDI of Grapevine, when Vernon Burns informed me that my car was due for the 20k milles service however, since I didn't plan to leave it in the dealer for service, there was no loaner available, yet Vernons was able to schedule the service and get me a ride home through LYFT, which was convenient for everybody.

    I been a customer with Audi Grapevine for a while and every time I am there; I am treated with respect and the best service excellent always.   • repairs under warranty

    I have called multiple times to get the door handle replaced on the driver's side door. twice I was told there was no record of my call. I get different answers each time I call. I called at the end of April and still do not have a new door handle.

    I purchased a 2019 Audi A5 Sportback and was very impressed with the vehicle. I was equally impressed with the sales staff and finance person. They both made the experience pleasant, but I was shocked at the level of detail that my finance person went into while describing my options for purchasing the Audi. Kudos for taking the extra time! I can buy an Audi anywhere, but Grapevine Audi earned my future business with their level of customer service. A very happy customer, Jason Martin

    Yelped dealerships for service needed to be completed and chose Grapevine AUDI per reviews, Came in for recall, and service due per manufacturers recommendations on my leases.... Vernon was extremely pleasant and thorough with everything needed to be serviced... yammer had some confusion but was resolved without escalating ... will refer Grapevine dealership/ service dept to others...

    The negotiations on price were fair and transparent and my ultimate price better than I could find anyplace else. The finance person did not hammer us on all the ads ons - just shared his opinions and moved on when we said no. The person who educated us in the cars features was personable, knowledgable and fun.

  • 10000 mile maintenance

    Finance department was misleading when selling coverage and said all would be covered. However, tire rotations are not and cost twice as much as it would to have it done at a tire shop. Also, car was not washed when completed which is supposed to be a part of service. Service tech was fine - not his fault. Sales and finance departments are purposefully deceitful.

  • Bad after service care

    The customer care after the service is bad. Especially after I paid off the bill. I went to pick my car after i was told it was ready, I reached the service center, give them my details and I was asked to wait because the agent assigned was busy on phone call and he did not return at all. I was there with two little kids and every one had a long Friday. I kept the kids busy with snacks at the lounge and looked for help and another agent checks about my car. He pulled up the file and asked me to pay the bill. After I paid the bill, I was told my car will be pulled over . Thats the end of customer care. I had to transfer two car seats from loaner car and some other stuff while taking care of two little kids at the service parking where all the cars are parked to be assigned to an agent. Sorry to say , did not expect this from Audi.

    Joel Gogue has been my service advisor for the last year and he has changed the negative perception I had about this dealership. He cares about the customer; he works with your schedule and makes sure your car is taking care of as it is expected. He is simply excellent.
