Dealership Service Review
The customer care after the service is bad. Especially after I paid off the bill. I went to pick my car after i was told it was ready, I reached the service center, give them my details and I was asked to wait because the agent assigned was busy on phone call and he did not return at all. I was there with two little kids and every one had a long Friday. I kept the kids busy with snacks at the lounge and looked for help and another agent checks about my car. He pulled up the file and asked me to pay the bill. After I paid the bill, I was told my car will be pulled over . Thats the end of customer care. I had to transfer two car seats from loaner car and some other stuff while taking care of two little kids at the service parking where all the cars are parked to be assigned to an agent. Sorry to say , did not expect this from Audi.
