Great Car-Buying Experience

With Josh as the car salesman, this was the most I've ever laughed at a car… dealership. He was relatable and did his best to work with me. Robert was able to seal the deal with ease and made sure that throughout the car sale everything went smoothly. Great experience at Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco! Zhong Ren is DA BOMB

Zhong has been empathetic and proactive, although there was little he could do to fix the policies VW USA… inflicted on its customers. i highly recommend that you seek out Zhong as your sales consultant at Hendrick VW. Joe worked with me to find the perfect car for me and kept me updated throughout the process with the expected delivery date. Joe notified me… immediately when the car was delivered, walked me through the transaction, and showed me many of the cars features after the transaction was completed. I cannot recommend Joe enough for the car buying process! Overall, the dealership was clean and nicely laid out with refreshments available. Financing staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Service after the sale is non-existent!!
by Matt Clark on 03/15/2023purchased a "Certified" 2018 GTI from them back in June of 2022. The sales and finance experience was pretty good. However, I discovered the clearcoat on my front bumper coming off. And of course now my vehicle is out of warranty and Kevin… Hatfield told me that the used car dept will not help make this right. So be advised- if you buy your vehicle from them you won't get any service after the saleHi Matt, I am sorry you feel that way. We usually submit the claim to VW, and in return they either accept or decline it. Robert Fabian was extremely patient and put my mind at ease. He… took his time explaining all of the features, differences in trim levels and power. He also ensured that I didn’t end up buying more car than I need. Once we got the finance stage, Patrick was a godsend!
