I purchased a car in 2023 from Joe Velasquez at Hendricks Volkswagen. Joe was absolutely amazing. Joe worked with me to find the perfect car for me and kept me updated throughout the process with the expected delivery date. Joe notified me immediately when the car was delivered, walked me through the transaction, and showed me many of the cars features after the transaction was completed. I cannot recommend Joe enough for the car buying process! Overall, the dealership was clean and nicely laid out with refreshments available. Financing staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Very nice experience purchasing a car.
