Service after the sale is non-existent!!

purchased a "Certified" 2018 GTI from them back in June of 2022. The sales and finance experience was pretty good. However, I discovered the clearcoat on my front bumper coming off. And of course now my vehicle is out of warranty and Kevin Hatfield told me that the used car dept will not help make this right. So be advised- if you buy your vehicle from them you won't get any service after the sale
