My experience with Hendrick VW has been superb so far … hope to have it the same way forever throughout my lease term with them. I would like to thank Mr Ren for his salesmanship, sincerity and behavior. The way he clarified all my doubts, responded to my queries (sometimes very basic ones😁) with all the patience … that was really engaging. The B2C world of business is changing rapidly and I believe the key differentiator would be the ‘experience’ part … both before and after sales. Keep it up Hendrick VW team
