Zhong Ren is DA BOMB

Zhong Ren, sales consultant. Absolutely a partner in the ID.4 debacle that VW USA has put customers with reservations through. Zhong has been empathetic and proactive, although there was little he could do to fix the policies VW USA inflicted on its customers. i highly recommend that you seek out Zhong as your sales consultant at Hendrick VW. I will do so as soon as the ID.BUZZ opens for reservations. Mrs. Ren AND my own wife want one.
