My spouse and I found exactly the car we were looking for, for our growing family. Within minutes of sending our inquiry for… this car, Ricky was calling us to set up a time to go and see the car. When we arrived at the dealer, Ricky had our car on hold in the lot, ready for a test drive. I appreciate how much Ricky could tell us about the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and overall an awesome salesperson to work with. Now that my wife has her "mom" car, I am now working with Ricky for my "dream" car! Amazing Purchase Experience
by Sandra R on 01/23/2023We found a beautiful certified pre-owned 2022 VW Tiguan over at Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco and put in an inquiry. Within a couple of minutes, Ricardo "Ricky" called and offered many options to set up a test drive ASAP, he even offered to… bring the vehicle to our home to test drive which was super nice. We opted for visiting the dealer Saturday morning. Ricky was waiting for my family and I with a huge smile and such a positive and helpful attitude. He was super knowledgeable about the Tiguan we were looking to purchase. He made this car purchase an awesome and fun experience. From great communication to very thorough knowledge about this new advanced car, everything about Ricardo and the Hendrick Dealership was highly professional. My spouse and I have purchased vehicles in the past but this experience was by far the best and exceeded our expectations. I truly appreciated that they valued our time and made sure we did not sit in the dealer for hours after letting them know we had another activity to get to later in the day. 500$ taken from center console!

Filed a police report and found out I was lied to about the lack of cameras or ability to conduct and sort of effective investigation. Zero customer… service recovery offered. Absolutely the worst experience and a terrible way to conduct business. Our family has purchased 2 cars from this dealership but you can guarantee that there will not be a 3rd. Robert Fabian and the team I worked with at Hendrick VW made this experience different than all my… previous experiences. They didn’t hold me hostage, and keep me there for hours and hours or make me feel guilty for wanting to “sleep on it”. They were clear about everything all the way through finance. Robert asked a lot of questions and actually listened to my responses and got me in the car that was right for my needs, not his. Zero Pressure Online Order with Early Delivery
by Dave on 12/30/2022Placed an order online for an ID.4 with VW in May 2022. Was worried about whether my order would arrive before the end of the year so i could get a credit on my 2022 income tax. George Strong hooked me up with a cancelled order from… another customer in mid December, offered lots of advice on how to drive an electric vehicle and answered all my questions. No pressure for extras. No markup above MSRP. Let me know all about the purchase process before coming in so there were absolutely no surprises on the purchase day. I see a lot of commercials for Sewell dealerships in the Dallas area. I purchased a Sewell Lexus years ago. The Lexus was good, the dealership was not. Liked the fact no markup and minimal dealership… add-ons but wished the dealership would've thrown in a few hundred dollars worth of an accessory we really needed.
