  • Never fulfill there service promise

    Today I went to shamaley Ford for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked about fixing the check engine lights, my Bronco has for over a year. Because everything I go or call, it's the same story. Their diagnostic is out of town on a training. It will take at least 3 or more days and there are no loaners available. I decided to do just the oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to do the 5 tires and of course after 8 hrs with my vehicle, they didn't rotate the 5th tire. Beware they charge you $4.00 to set up an appointment. Anyway it is unfortunate that El Paso is small and has a limited amount of Ford dealers. I would use that as an advantage and capitalize on customer service.

    Service was good. I had an appointment and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get just an oil change. Service Advisor was very friendly and offered a ride if I needed it. Thanks.

    Best service so far! Not only was my truck fixed but I got a rental so my family and I were not left stranded. Each day service rep called to update us on our car.

  • Awful customer service

    Really disappointed with the customer service. I had an appointment for services, I pull up five minutes early. No one around so I go ask for assistance. Gentlemen is rude and has headphones in. Tells me to go wait by my truck and someone will get to me when they can. Just felt like they didn’t value my time at all nor show me a level of respect (I called him Sir and he called me “boss”). With so many automotive places around I will never be back and I will ensure friends and family know not to come here. Also an oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours on a Monday afternoon

  • Service advisor

    Not pleased with his customer service. He made no effort to put us as priority. We had car problems driving in from Houston to El Paso. When my husband took the truck in on Monday 4/22 morning he expressed to Marcó Porras that he needed the truck back ASAP hopefully by Thursday. Because we were going to be headed back Friday morning. We went to had to Shamaley Ford on Wednesday 5/24 to see what was going on and they hadn’t started on our truck. Marco would only reply by text! That’s why we went by Shamaley Ford. We spoke to the service technician and he said Marco never stated the urgency in us getting outr truck back soon. So they put on the back burner. Not happy with he service.

    My F150 had some weird issues after a recall which included a rubber piece on the sunroof, the tailgate (open/close function), and a transmission issue. My truck is still under warranty. From the first day he ensured I was updated daily, he got me a rental to ensure I was able to get around while the repairs were made. He is top notch for sure! Wonderful service!

  • Nothing but a scam and overselling

    I just bought a used car from there 3 months ago. Still "Blue Certified". It was time for it's first oil change. Low & behold I get an email with a coupon offer for "the works" $39.95. so I made my appointment. I get there. Right out of the gate they denied the coupon. "Oh that's only on Ford vehicles". Doesn't say that on the coupon or in the email. Of course not. They already got you there hoping the last you won't leave and go elsewhere (scam1). I bought the car here. "Oh well it's cuz this car takes synthetic" doesn't say that on the coupon or in the email. (Scam 2), but I'll get you a discount on the same service for you vehicle. It will be a 2 hour wait. Why did I bother making an appointment if I have to wait 2 hours? (Scam 3). So I wait. Then I get a notice the my car "failed" and 4 items need my attention. I just bought this car. Still under warranty and they wanted to do 1k work of work on my car. So I complained. "Oh those are just recommended. No! Your notice says FAILED. Not we recommend. Not we suggest. FAILED. That one word makes the customer feel like their car is in disrepair and needs these services immediately.(Scam4). I can keep going but you get the point. In the end a coupon for 39.95 would've cost 100 but they graciously discounted to 65.. gee thanks. I hope the additional 15 unpaid was worth losing a customer. My father worked there and he would roll over in his grave knowing this is the type of establishment this dealership has turned into

  • Horrible treatment towards women

    When I go get oil changes I never have an issue nor do they try to lie to me about what my truck needs or what I’m covered under. My wife took my 2023 F350 for a simple oil change and they tried to charge her for it and gave her a hard time saying I wasn’t covered under free oil changes. I just bought this truck how am I not covered?! Why would I spend 100k for a truck and not even get my first 3 oil changes done at no cost. As soon as I get my other two oil changes done I won’t be returning to Shamaley for any service or purchasing vehicles from them again. Service guy who “Helped” my wife was Joe.
