Awful customer service

onReally disappointed with the customer service. I had an appointment for services, I pull up five minutes early. No one around so I go ask for assistance. Gentlemen is rude and has headphones in. Tells me to go wait by my truck and someone will get to me when they can. Just felt like they didn’t value my time at all nor show me a level of respect (I called him Sir and he called me “boss”). With so many automotive places around I will never be back and I will ensure friends and family know not to come here. Also an oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours on a Monday afternoon
