onNot pleased with his customer service. He made no effort to put us as priority. We had car problems driving in from Houston to El Paso. When my husband took the truck in on Monday 4/22 morning he expressed to Marcó Porras that he needed the truck back ASAP hopefully by Thursday. Because we were going to be headed back Friday morning. We went to had to Shamaley Ford on Wednesday 5/24 to see what was going on and they hadn’t started on our truck. Marco would only reply by text! That’s why we went by Shamaley Ford. We spoke to the service technician and he said Marco never stated the urgency in us getting outr truck back soon. So they put on the back burner. Not happy with he service.
