  • They got me real good!

    I took our vehicle to AutoNation Ford Service Center which we had purchased at another AutoNation dealership with the extended warranty. Made an appointment to have our AC looked at and a coolant leak. Arrived at my allotted time and gave them my information and keys. Expecting to have some form of communication with them about the repairs within a few days to a week and crickets. Into the second week I contacted our service advisor and he stashed that they are short handed and they are trying to work us in. I asked about a loaner vehicle since they had my car for over 14 days at that point. He said we can put you on the list and there are about 20 people in front of you. The games of no contact lasted over three weeks when I was finally able to get in contact with the service manager. He advised me that they are working on vehicles as fast as they can and even told me they have had one truck for over five months. Shortly after one month of being without our car they call and state that all repairs have been denied and then turned around and charged us $350 for diagnostic fees. He did offer to replace the $12 part on the AC for a total of $950. Overall their service department failed in every way! I would be very cautious of buying or having service performed through that dealer. To top it off we later spoke with a family friend and he said the same dealer has had his truck for over a month without any timeline on repairs. Avoid at all costs if possible.

    Walked in and stood there waiting to be helped. People working there walked right by me as if I didn't exist and others talking to each other like nobody was there. Then the person that did help was alright, but texted it was ready, no phone call. I have always been called before when I leave it there. The place has become more and more disappointing every time I walk in the last couple of years. No time frame was given.

    I scheduled my car for an oil change and tire rotation. They now provide a valet service that will come to my house and take the car in for the oil change. I was kept informed of the progress and the car was returned. The driver was friendly and professional.

  • Just Awful.

    Please don’t waste your time here. They change your oil and send a video that showed my “aired up tires” only to get in a find the PSI 6pts off on the entire left side. Yes, I came in with them “aired up,” so be prepared they don’t actually check them. Also, took 2 WEEKS for them to “diagnose” faulty running board motors and then another 2 weeks for me to slip through the cracks while they let my service advisor go and didn’t continue to diagnose the transmission issues. How is that even called service? Pretty sure the only good, bright spot in the whole service dept is Kipp and his young helper that checks people in/out. Thankful for his help getting my car pushed through to finish and getting me the heck out of there. WEEKS for service. There’s nothing positive about it, and you’d be wise to visit anywhere else.

  • Getting key fob made.

    They were able to see ne right away. As soon as they knew they had the right key fob, they put me in the queue. Instead of making me wait at the dealer they dropped me off at my apartment, then dropped my car off when they were done. Very convenient.

  • Battery replacement under warranty

    I made an appointment for Saturday at 12:15 to have my battery replaced under warranty on my 2021 Ford F150. I dropped the truck off at the dealership on Friday at 5:30 pm so it would be there in plenty of time. They told me my truck would be ready to pick up on Saturday afternoon. After calling several times and leaving messages to no response I decided to drive to the dealership to see what was going on. This was after 3 pm. When I got there they told me that a porter parked my truck in the wrong place and that they hadn't even looked at it yet. They told me they would still get it out Saturday and to come back at 5 when they close. I was on my way back to the dealership at about 4:45 when they called me and told me they didn't have the battery in stock and that it would be Monday before they could return my truck. Ultimately on Monday they did fix my truck and delivered it to my house. I only live about 3 miles from the dealership.

  • Lack of communication

    Left multiple voicemails with different Advisors and was NEVER called back. Had to book an oil change and actually go to the dealership to sit down in front of someone to discuss the issues needing to be worked on, as opposed to over the phone. They are polite, and thorough, but tough to get ahold of, even though I purchased a service package. I just feel there were things we could have discussed prior to me going to the site so I didn’t have to schedule an additional service visit. Now I have to bring my truck back for another visit as opposed to being prepared to leave it that day, due to lack of knowing what to expect.

    I took my F-150Platinum truck in to the Ford AutoNation Service Center to : 1) perform a 160,000 mile service, 2) replace a defective tire sensor, and 3) trouble-shoot a malfunctioning back-up camera. I had already set an 7 am appointment with Douglas Owen, service rep, to coordinate the service activities. He efficiently coordinated the truck through the scheduled activities and communicated with me throughout the morning and early afternoon as events were completed. Douglas completed all requested services except for replacing the back-up camera. The camera was not in stock and was on back-order. Additionally, Douglas verified that the camera was under warranty from a previous replacement one year earlier. Douglas is a very professional and efficient service rep with exceptional communication skills. I highly recommend his services when using the Burleson location.
