Please don’t waste your time here. They change your oil and send a video that showed my “aired up tires” only to get in a find the PSI 6pts off on the entire left side. Yes, I came in with them “aired up,” so be prepared they don’t actually check them. Also, took 2 WEEKS for them to “diagnose” faulty running board motors and then another 2 weeks for me to slip through the cracks while they let my service advisor go and didn’t continue to diagnose the transmission issues. How is that even called service? Pretty sure the only good, bright spot in the whole service dept is Kipp and his young helper that checks people in/out. Thankful for his help getting my car pushed through to finish and getting me the heck out of there. WEEKS for service. There’s nothing positive about it, and you’d be wise to visit anywhere else.
