Lack of communication

onLeft multiple voicemails with different Advisors and was NEVER called back. Had to book an oil change and actually go to the dealership to sit down in front of someone to discuss the issues needing to be worked on, as opposed to over the phone. They are polite, and thorough, but tough to get ahold of, even though I purchased a service package. I just feel there were things we could have discussed prior to me going to the site so I didn’t have to schedule an additional service visit. Now I have to bring my truck back for another visit as opposed to being prepared to leave it that day, due to lack of knowing what to expect.
