Dealership Service Review
I took my F-150Platinum truck in to the Ford AutoNation Service Center to : 1) perform a 160,000 mile service, 2) replace a defective tire sensor, and 3) trouble-shoot a malfunctioning back-up camera. I had already set an 7 am appointment with Douglas Owen, service rep, to coordinate the service activities. He efficiently coordinated the truck through the scheduled activities and communicated with me throughout the morning and early afternoon as events were completed. Douglas completed all requested services except for replacing the back-up camera. The camera was not in stock and was on back-order. Additionally, Douglas verified that the camera was under warranty from a previous replacement one year earlier. Douglas is a very professional and efficient service rep with exceptional communication skills. I highly recommend his services when using the Burleson location.
