    We just purchased a used Tacoma here and Brandy Young was our sales representative. She was awesome and even pointed us towards a car we weren't considering that we ended up buying. She also communicates the rest of the buying process… very well and got us out of there on time.

    Took my car in right at the end of the day expecting to have it's oil changed the next morning. They were able to get it done before closing without me even asking which was an unexpected but very much appreciated surprise. Thanks… especially to Rizwan, definitely made my day with that!

    Had my car towed in for repair after it breaking down on the highway for overheating and not starting. Technician was nice, but charged 900 to replace a bettery and an starter. Also did not address the issue of overheating when I questioned… about it and assured me it was fixed. My check engine light came back on that same day. Tl/dr got over charged for a still broken car.

    After they sold me the car with a broken rear camera (which they said they would get it fixed the week after) they completely ignored me as a client. I had to call several times, being put on hold for hours until I finally got someone from… Financial (by the way was not even her job but she went above and beyond to help me) to schedule my repair. Over 2 months later, I got an appointment to get it fixed. I dropped it off by 8 and soon after I got a text message saying my car would be ready by 11:30. I got there by 1pm and they were just finishing it, but the guy said they never texted me saying car would be ready by 11:30. I wouldn’t mind waiting, but please fix your system so it doesn’t send people wrong information!

    We purchased the vehicle out of state and were assured they have experience working with our state's DMV and are familiar with the process. It has been nearly TWO MONTHS since we signed paperwork for the $75 ,000 truck we purchased on 3/31.… We picked up the vehicle less than 2 weeks later 4/12 and have yet to receive confirmation the paperwork is finalized. Every couple of weeks we get an email saying they forgot to have us sign paperwork, and just received one from the title clerk who is beginning the process but needs more information from us first. In fact, when we reply with signed paperwork scanned back, we ask for confirmation of receipt or follow up when paperwork is processed, but have not received responses from these people. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have reached out to attempt to resolve this issue with the Sales Manager Nick, but he made excuses for his staff and in "looking into it" said he would call back but had the DMV title clerk call me back to discuss. Completely unprofessional. I would caution anyone from buying from this dealer out of state. Hopefully Texas buyers have better luck with the process, but ultimately, I wouldn't want to deal with any of these people again as they clearly only care about selling a vehicle rather than any sort of BASIC customer service and follow through. For a customer who didn't try to haggle and didn't ask for anything extra or special, I would expect to be treated a little better than this.

    Service so bad border disrespect. Made an appointment via CarAdvise but when I called the shop to confirm the appointment was told that they do not do appointments have to be a walk in. The day I go in they tell me they close early at 4 and… the advised me to drop off first thing in the morning. Saturday morning between 7:30 and 8 I dropped my vehicle off, around noon I called to check on it and was told they still haven’t looked at it and they were closing at 4:30, followed up at 3:30 and they told me that all of their appointments come first and they weren’t going to be able to look at it. So I went to pick me car up. Add insult to injury was at the dealership multiple time that week and informed the appraiser that I was needing my breaks looked at. Ended up going some where when my first appointment wasn’t honored and they told me it has to be checked at the dealership and sadly it’s the only one in the area.

    I really like the sales rep Archie. He described the process every step of the way and was dead on with the outcome. He was with me every step of the way and even went above and beyond to touch some things up on the truck when final signing… happened.

    Our sales rep spent allot of time with us on 5 separate test drives. He was courteous and patient during the decision making processes. The price and included options were better than other area dealers. The paperwork can be a bit… confusing in the breakdown of numbers. We were charged $1598.00 for "dealer installed options" above the advertised price which more than deleted our $1500.00 discount incentive. I asked the sales rep and the finance department about this several times but never felt like we were given a definitive answer, nor was there anything in writing describing what exactly we were paying for. One item we were told was part of the "dealer installed options" was wheel locks but the window sticker had $75.00 for factory wheel locks included in the MSRP. Another item was window tint which had not been done. I had to point this out to our sales rep. He did a good job of ensuring we got the windows tinted. He made an appointment a week later for us to leave the vehicle for the window tinting.
