After they sold me the car with a broken rear camera (which they said they would get it fixed the week after) they completely ignored me as a client. I had to call several times, being put on hold for hours until I finally got someone from Financial (by the way was not even her job but she went above and beyond to help me) to schedule my repair. Over 2 months later, I got an appointment to get it fixed. I dropped it off by 8 and soon after I got a text message saying my car would be ready by 11:30. I got there by 1pm and they were just finishing it, but the guy said they never texted me saying car would be ready by 11:30. I wouldn’t mind waiting, but please fix your system so it doesn’t send people wrong information!
