Our sales rep spent allot of time with us on 5 separate test drives. He was courteous and patient during the decision making processes. The price and included options were better than other area dealers. The paperwork can be a bit confusing in the breakdown of numbers. We were charged $1598.00 for "dealer installed options" above the advertised price which more than deleted our $1500.00 discount incentive. I asked the sales rep and the finance department about this several times but never felt like we were given a definitive answer, nor was there anything in writing describing what exactly we were paying for. One item we were told was part of the "dealer installed options" was wheel locks but the window sticker had $75.00 for factory wheel locks included in the MSRP. Another item was window tint which had not been done. I had to point this out to our sales rep. He did a good job of ensuring we got the windows tinted. He made an appointment a week later for us to leave the vehicle for the window tinting.
