Service so bad border disrespect. Made an appointment via CarAdvise but when I called the shop to confirm the appointment was told that they do not do appointments have to be a walk in. The day I go in they tell me they close early at 4 and the advised me to drop off first thing in the morning. Saturday morning between 7:30 and 8 I dropped my vehicle off, around noon I called to check on it and was told they still haven’t looked at it and they were closing at 4:30, followed up at 3:30 and they told me that all of their appointments come first and they weren’t going to be able to look at it. So I went to pick me car up. Add insult to injury was at the dealership multiple time that week and informed the appraiser that I was needing my breaks looked at. Ended up going some where when my first appointment wasn’t honored and they told me it has to be checked at the dealership and sadly it’s the only one in the area.
