2012 Journey Warranty Repair
by Barras on 01/31/2015updated 02/09/2015I initially phoned another Dodge dealership in town which was closer to my house for a service issue. After being told I couldn't make an appointment, but that it would be a week before they could even look at the vehicle; AND THEN it… would be a week or more to fix it; I called Maxwell. Happily, even though I was told it would probably be a week or more for the repair; I was at least able to make an appointment and keep my car for a week longer than the other dealership. Chris in service was attentive, informative, and incredibly helpful.We are so glad to hear our Service Department at The Nyle Maxwell Supercenter was able to impress, thank you for giving us the chance to earn your business!

by Jenn_Chavez on 02/06/2015Kevin DeCourcey was who handled my service for my Jeep and he was excellent! I had first taken my Jeep to Mac Haik in Georgetown and it was a disaster of an experience. I was prepared to be looked over and to receive minimum customer… service again because I didn't buy my Jeep at either dealerships. When I arrived to drop my Jeep off, Kevin was ready and prepared, he appeared to have done some prep work to be ready which saved time, impressive! Kevin took care of everything promptly that morning and got me out of there without any issues. I had originally dropped the Jeep off for what I thought would be one single issue, but once the service team actually looked at the Jeep, it turned out to be worse than we all expected. After I dropped my Jeep off, within a few hours Kevin had called me to let me know what they had found and that they would need the Jeep much longer than expected. This showed me that when I dropped my Jeep off, the service team got to it right away! Kevin explained what the service team needed to do and why it would take the few extra days and when Kevin said they would be done, it was done! When I picked up my Jeep, Kevin again, had everything handled and taken care of ahead of time, he helped me transfer all my stuff (gym bags, etc.) from the rental to my Jeep, gave my keys and I was good to go. This was outstanding customer service, which I didn't expect because like I said, I didn't buy my Jeep here and the service was under warranty, I didn't pay Nyle Maxwell a penny. I am very grateful and impressed for the service experience I received from Kevin. Any future service needs or vehicle purchases, I will be going to Nyle Maxwell! Thank you again Kevin! My rep ( I can't remember his name I'm so sorry) said up to two hours, and it really only took about an hour and a half. Good service, with a couple of financing errors
by Sosi88 on 01/12/2015I liked that the salesman was clear cut and dry, i responded to a autotrader post, called about 4-5 times because i was coming from San Antonio to verify everything. As soon as i walk into the showroom i didn't end up waiting more than 2… minutes literally. I was sat in a cubicle went through some brief information, went outside took a test drive and walked back in. I was offered refreshments and after running numbers got my payments where i expected them to be for buying a brand new vehicle within 10 minutes. I didn't think i would be a fan of Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep but i can see myself buying another vehicle very soon if i find another deal like this!Thank you for making the drive to give us a chance at your business, Joshua! Although I could go to any other place for an oil change on my car, Daniel assured me that it would be done by Chrysler's standards.… He also told about the oil change plan. I wasn't planning on spending close to $90 on an oil change for the Dodge dart but after getting his feedback on the oil change plan, I knew that was the way to go. Daniel did an excellent job answering all of my questions and I knew my car was in good hands! Great Service

I thought as my car was getting up there in miles it was going to need a better oil. When I told him that I wanted the more expensive oil, he said it wasn't… necessary for my car, that my car runs better on the synthetic blend. I, also, had a few other questions about another car that I owned that was part of the ignition switch recall. As Nick was busy, another person came over and asked if he could help. I told him that I did not my son's car there, but it needed to have the ignition switch changed out. He told me that their Round Rock location could do it and to schedule an appointment in advance. I appreciated the information that he gave me. They are all really nice there. I will not take my car to any place else. Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4

No pressure, quickly found the vehicle we really wanted, and was very patient as we actually changed our minds from a Trailhawk to a Grand Cherokee Limited. He matched a discount… from his sister store in Taylor without a blink and thank goodness there was no back and forth. This may be due to his status and experience but it was refreshing. Actual deliver was smooth. I have already recommended a coworker to see him for his next car. Chad at Service was pleasant and is working on my Ram Eco exhaust issue. Unfortunately I now have to pick up my Ram due to Chrysler just developing a new catalytic converter system which is not out yet. So I have to wait on that. Not his fault. Im still expecting much better service than I had at Mac Haic...Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at The Nyle Maxwell Supercenter, Dave & Marlene!
