I initially phoned another Dodge dealership in town which was closer to my house for a service issue. After being told I couldn't make an appointment, but that it would be a week before they could even look at the vehicle; AND THEN it would be a week or more to fix it; I called Maxwell. Happily, even though I was told it would probably be a week or more for the repair; I was at least able to make an appointment and keep my car for a week longer than the other dealership. Chris in service was attentive, informative, and incredibly helpful.
