Dealership Service Review
Kevin DeCourcey was who handled my service for my Jeep and he was excellent! I had first taken my Jeep to Mac Haik in Georgetown and it was a disaster of an experience. I was prepared to be looked over and to receive minimum customer service again because I didn't buy my Jeep at either dealerships. When I arrived to drop my Jeep off, Kevin was ready and prepared, he appeared to have done some prep work to be ready which saved time, impressive! Kevin took care of everything promptly that morning and got me out of there without any issues. I had originally dropped the Jeep off for what I thought would be one single issue, but once the service team actually looked at the Jeep, it turned out to be worse than we all expected. After I dropped my Jeep off, within a few hours Kevin had called me to let me know what they had found and that they would need the Jeep much longer than expected. This showed me that when I dropped my Jeep off, the service team got to it right away! Kevin explained what the service team needed to do and why it would take the few extra days and when Kevin said they would be done, it was done! When I picked up my Jeep, Kevin again, had everything handled and taken care of ahead of time, he helped me transfer all my stuff (gym bags, etc.) from the rental to my Jeep, gave my keys and I was good to go. This was outstanding customer service, which I didn't expect because like I said, I didn't buy my Jeep here and the service was under warranty, I didn't pay Nyle Maxwell a penny. I am very grateful and impressed for the service experience I received from Kevin. Any future service needs or vehicle purchases, I will be going to Nyle Maxwell! Thank you again Kevin!
