The sales process with Steven Carrizales was excellent. No pressure, quickly found the vehicle we really wanted, and was very patient as we actually changed our minds from a Trailhawk to a Grand Cherokee Limited. He matched a discount from his sister store in Taylor without a blink and thank goodness there was no back and forth. This may be due to his status and experience but it was refreshing. Actual deliver was smooth. I have already recommended a coworker to see him for his next car. Chad at Service was pleasant and is working on my Ram Eco exhaust issue. Unfortunately I now have to pick up my Ram due to Chrysler just developing a new catalytic converter system which is not out yet. So I have to wait on that. Not his fault. Im still expecting much better service than I had at Mac Haic...
