Nick, who helped me, showed that the dealership was not out to make a quick buck. I thought as my car was getting up there in miles it was going to need a better oil. When I told him that I wanted the more expensive oil, he said it wasn't necessary for my car, that my car runs better on the synthetic blend. I, also, had a few other questions about another car that I owned that was part of the ignition switch recall. As Nick was busy, another person came over and asked if he could help. I told him that I did not my son's car there, but it needed to have the ignition switch changed out. He told me that their Round Rock location could do it and to schedule an appointment in advance. I appreciated the information that he gave me. They are all really nice there. I will not take my car to any place else. They take good care of me and my car.
