I went in for an oil change and was greeted promptly by a service adviser. I believe his name is Daniel. Although I could go to any other place for an oil change on my car, Daniel assured me that it would be done by Chrysler's standards. He also told about the oil change plan. I wasn't planning on spending close to $90 on an oil change for the Dodge dart but after getting his feedback on the oil change plan, I knew that was the way to go. Daniel did an excellent job answering all of my questions and I knew my car was in good hands! (I really hope his name is Daniel...)
