When he looked at my previous vehicles records, he noticed that Mercedes of Georgetown actually charged me for my maintenance and he informed me I had prepaid maintenance that Georgetown… didn't use. Not only did he get my new oil change handled through my maintenance program but he set up for Georgetown to reimburse me for maintenance that I paid a year ago. That is the kind of excellent customer service that Nolan with Mercedes of Austin will provide for you.Awesome Service from MB of Austin

Although it was almost a week lead time just to have my car taken in for diagnostics appointment and… another couple of days for them to even get to it, I was provided with a brand new loaner I enjoyed. Eddie diligently followed up with me every time there was an update on the repairs for my vehicle. I got my car back clean and 100% fixed of the issue I went in with. The coffee bar is always stocked, fresh and is a great place to wait while you get a complimentary washGreat experience every time!

No test drive without insurance on another car
by grantm on 07/22/2019Horrible. The dealership has a bizarre policy of not allowing those without a currently insured vehicle to even TEST drive a car. I moved from a major city where I did not own a car. I am ready to purchase, and this dealership complicated… the process. Not an auspicious start to my relationship with Mercedes-Benz and a great way to lose out on a sale. I also contacted three other Mercedes-Benz dealerships in San Antonio, Dallas, and Georgetown, NONE have this requirement and said the dealer and the salesperson accompanying me on the test drive should be insured. There should have been absolutely no issue here.Grant, we want to apologize for the inconvenience as we're always striving to deliver excellence. Unfortunately, due to our insurance program (coupled with state-mandated laws), we are required to collect proper insurance for anyone who is driving our vehicles. We can't speak on behalf of any other Mercedes-Benz locations; we are locally owned and operated here in Austin.
