I had a great experience when I purchased my GLE 350 almost three years ago (after the local Lexus dealership sold the car I pre-ordered out from under me during the Covid supply chain crisis). I would be remiss if I did not update my review and comment about a recent experience with the service department (March 2025), particularly after negative dealings with another Mercedes dealership. Eddie explained everything clearly. He did not try to sneak in any last-minute "up charges." He was kind, courteous, and prompt. He kept me informed every step of the way. He got my car back to me quickly and in great working order. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you, Eddie and the service team!
