    Neil (Service Advisor) greeted us with a smile 😊. My appointment was for a tune up, however, when I explained the issue he gave me the recommendations and gave me the option to prioritize the service work. He was not pushy but personable and I really appreciate it. I will return for all my service needs. Thank You Neil!

    My service technician (Altony) was amazing. Not only did he take the time to listen to my concerns but he actually took more time to research my car’s maintenance records. His research and follow-up thru upper management resulted in a very significant savings for me. Altony demonstrates patience, understanding and professionalism but what really stands out is his smiling face every time he greets me.

  • Long wait service not completed

    I waited 4 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted 2 hrs. About 2 1/2 hours into the wait, I checked on the status. I was told they were working on the recall item that was also identified and would be about 30 more minutes. At the third hour they came to tell me there was a mixup. They did work on my car that was not requested (and of course I would not be paying for) but now they were going to do the oil change and tire rotation. An hour later they said the work was completed I got in my car & went home. I noticed that the tires were not changed (there are tires marks). Which means they didn’t actually do the tire rotation and the receipt shows that I was not charged for a rotation. I didn’t check the receipt while I was paying because they said they were giving me a discount because of the long wait and mixup. I called they said it was done, I don’t believe that it was. They do have photos of the vehicle that they take when you check in, so I would like to see those photos so I can verify if it was done or not. They did offer for me to come me back in and “do it again”. The work that was done seems fine. Note they provided an accurate quote but the work was just not completed

  • Service used to be better

    The usual service manager was not present during my last visit. The service department was extremely backed up today and usually is much more efficient. I’m going to make sure this wasn’t a one time thing next time I go. If he doesn’t work there any longer (I think his name was Oscar), I will try another Kia dealership. It took my car 5 hours just to have the oil changed, tires rotated/balanced, and to change an air filter. I made an appointment in advance and it didn’t even matter that I did. No one talked to me until 20 minutes past my appointment time and I had gotten there early. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for an update either and didn’t receive any text updates like I used to in the past. It was definitely not as smooth of a visit like it’s been in the past.

    Well it is hot outside people need to relax give them a moment, but service must write a list and find the 30 seconds it takes to call clients. Other than that they are all over it taking care of each client in these extremely hot tasking triple digit days. Hector and Salvador thank you. All the people in services attentive and nice respectful.

  • I finally have my car back!

    My car got towed to the dealer due to engine knocking. Anthony told me most than likely I’ll need a new engine. Keep in mind my car has 113k miles and Anthony was able to get it covered under warranty. Thank goodness 😅 he also told me I needed a new drive belt and he was able yo help lower the bill for me. I’m a mom of 3 and I told him I need my car back. He made sure to update me on the status of my car

  • Oil change not to be trusted

    First oil change for new 22 Kia telluride. Didn’t know when to get an oil change. So chatted with the online person and they said 10k miles. Seemed off so I called the person I bought the car from, different dealership, they said 7,500. So made an appt with kia south austin. Was shown price for $81 well apparently that was without sales tax, shop charge and other PS. Came to $103 and change. Oh made an appt and no one was there for 10-15 minutes. 5 people entered and left the office and didn’t acknowledged the 4 ppl waiting in line. Before I left I asked at what milage should I get an oil change. That person said 5k. Also oil change took 1.5-2 hours

    Worst experience ever! From the moment we dropped our car off, till the following week it was a horrible experience. We asked if we will be getting a loaner and Saldivar (Al) told us we would have to call corporate. He gave us a phone number on a piece of paper, which turned out to be an insurance company ( Fidelity insurance to be exact ) We called the service department back after we called that corporate number and let them know the number that was given to us and that it was to an insurance company and we were told that our service advisor would give us a call back. We never heard from him. Finally called him on a Thursday four days after we dropped our vehicle off and we were finally able to talk to him. He told us what the problem was with the car the price of it and that it would be ready the very next day which is Friday. My husband called on Friday could not get a hold of any service advisor we just kept getting told that they will send an email out to all the service advisors or the service advisor and we will be getting a callback never heard anything. Call Dawn Saturday the young lady I spoke with said that she would give our service advisor the message for him to call us back. Never got a call back. Called Monday morning and we were told that they couldn’t get a hold of any service advisors. Mind you we called first thing in the morning when the service department opens. And yet there was no service advisor available to take our phone call according to the receptionist. Finally later that afternoon Al Called my husband and told him that we can go pick the car up. We went in the morning on Tuesday to go pick up the car. Not only did they not do what they said they were going to do by cleaning the oil out the hat leaked everywhere under the hood, but they left the vehicle dirty with their fingerprints handprints inside the car and outside the car. Worst experience ever and I do not recommend them to ANYONE!!! The service department needs better training.

  • Less than attentive.

    I had my own oil and additive and the tech used only the oil and didn't ask about the additive. So only 5 quarts of oil was put in(also noted on invoice). Called and left message for Jeremy at 4:30 see what his recommendation would be, and to find out why the tech nor advisor asked about the amount of oil the tech put in.

  • Friendly people / Long wait times

    The service desk person was helpful and friendly. But my appointment was so lengthy that I really was losing hope. I don’t understand how after making an appointment, it can take so long to get an oil change. My car wasn’t seen until over 2 hours after I dropped it at the service department.
