Dealership Service Review
The usual service manager was not present during my last visit. The service department was extremely backed up today and usually is much more efficient. I’m going to make sure this wasn’t a one time thing next time I go. If he doesn’t work there any longer (I think his name was Oscar), I will try another Kia dealership. It took my car 5 hours just to have the oil changed, tires rotated/balanced, and to change an air filter. I made an appointment in advance and it didn’t even matter that I did. No one talked to me until 20 minutes past my appointment time and I had gotten there early. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for an update either and didn’t receive any text updates like I used to in the past. It was definitely not as smooth of a visit like it’s been in the past.
