Less than attentive.

onI had my own oil and additive and the tech used only the oil and didn't ask about the additive. So only 5 quarts of oil was put in(also noted on invoice). Called and left message for Jeremy at 4:30 see what his recommendation would be, and to find out why the tech nor advisor asked about the amount of oil the tech put in.
